28 new cases of the Covid19 coronavirus were diagnosed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday according to announcements made by Greek health authorities.

The total number of diagnosed cases has risen to 73 in the country. 13 of the 28 new cases were recorded in the regions of Achaea, 7 in Attica, and 1 on Euboea.
The individual who was diagnosed on Friday night positive from Euboea is a 48-year old man from the town of Istiaia. He was also part of the group of people who had recently visited Israel and Egypt.
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis chaired a meeting on Saturday and discussed the issue of the coronavirus and its consequences on the economy.

The government will announce which schools will remain closed next week while on Monday it will announce financial measures for the stricken from the outbreak areas.
